"I Clus" is a typical wooden chalet in an optimal position to enjoy a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature but at the same time not far from the town of Livigno (5 minutes by car).
The strong point of this house is certainly the quiet location immersed in the green meadows of Livigno and in winter the nearby access to the cross-country ski trails. The house is surrounded by an outdoor area equipped with sun loungers where it is possible to relax while contemplating the enchanting landscape dominated by the imposing Cima Vago.
A little over 1km away you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias and sports equipment rental shops; the free bus stop is just a few steps from the house.
This two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
