What are the check-in and check-out times, and where do they take place?
Check-in and guest registration can take place either at our office at Via Saroch 403 or directly in the apartment. We kindly ask customers to communicate an approximate arrival time in Livigno at least 3 days before departure, along with flight details (in the case of air travel).
As for check-out, on the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM, and the keys must be left in the apartment or handed over to the staff on duty.
Where does the key delivery take place?
Keys are handed over at our premises at 403 Saroch Street, and can be left in the flat upon check-out.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Of course, cleaning will be done at each check-out, to leave the flat clean and tidy for a new arrival.
What are the conditions for cancellation?
Before booking or making a cancellation, it is important to know our rules. Here is our cancellation policy:
- Up to 45 days before: no penalty charge;
- From 44 to 30 days before: penalty charge of 30% of the entire amount of the stay;
- From 29 to 15 days before: penalty of 70% of the entire amount of the stay;
- From 15 days to arrival: penalty of 100% of the entire amount of the stay;
Should a guest decide to leave earlier than the agreed date, he/she will not be entitled to any refund.
Are there general rules of conduct to be observed?
Yes, there are certain rules to be followed in order to stay in our flats:
- Smoking is prohibited both inside the buildings and in the communal areas;
- From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., all guests must observe the silence time;
- It is forbidden to behave in a manner that may cause damage to the ecosystem and the accommodation facilities.
Can guests enter the flats?
Persons other than those indicated in the booking are not permitted to enter or stay overnight. An exception to this requires the explicit consent of the Management.
Are those arriving by car entitled to parking?
There is one parking space per flat. If available, the covered garage can be used for an additional charge.
Who can use the sauna and wellness services?
Use of the sauna, if any, is permitted exclusively for guests of the hotel from 09:30 to 22:00. In order to preserve hygiene and ensure the peace and privacy of guests, use of the sauna is strictly limited to specific times.
Is it possible to request a transfer service?
The agency offers a transfer service for arrivals and departures for a fee, subject to the customer's request to be submitted at least 7 days prior to arrival and including the scheduled times.
