The owners have renovated the old family chalet. They have preserved the external walls in valley stone and lime, a testimony to the past, and used traditional materials for its construction. The apartments interpret the alpine style in a modern and minimalist way: the interiors are bright, and the decor is simple and linear, with the warm presence of brushed wood with a natural effect… Speaking of nature, the apartments use renewable sources for their energy consumption: a photovoltaic system with storage and a biomass thermal power plant.

The "Ponente" apartment, located on the ground floor, has an outdoor solarium (25 m2), direct access to the garden, and a splendid view of the mountains. This modern three-room apartment, furnished with natural materials, consists of two double bedrooms (or two single beds), an open-space living room with dining area, sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, a safe, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, a separate toilet and a bidet. The kitchen is well-equipped: induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, and a moka pot.

The house has private parking and a ski storage room.
