In a small wooden hut, on the lowered ground floor, we have the "Horizon" apartment available, beautifully located a few meters from the banks of the river Spol. Here, what we want is to offer you an immersive experience in nature, a place where tranquility will accompany every moment of your stay.
Its privileged position will not only allow you to admire the spectacular panorama of the surrounding mountains, but also offers direct access to the cross-country ski trail during the winter while in the summer you have the cycle-pedestrian path just a few steps from the house.
The center of Livigno is only 2km away and the stop for the free bus that runs throughout the town is only 50m away.
The "Borch" area is equipped with the main services such as: supermarkets, pharmacy, sports equipment rental, a laundry and a couple of restaurants with pizzerias.
Cozy and rustic, our apartment is furnished in a traditional style with wooden furniture and aims to recreate a warm and familiar atmosphere with simplicity.
It is the ideal destination for anyone who wants to spend a holiday in the mountains in total tranquility without sacrificing comfort.

The apartment consists of a large living area with large sofa, TV corner, possible additional single bed, table with a typical wooden chest around it, spacious and well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and ceramic hob.
In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
