The house is located in via Florin, a quiet area of the town, not far from the center of Livigno (5 minutes by car); the cross-country skiing track is very close and can be reached in less than 100 metres. The first ski lift is a 2-minute walk away, it is a small ski lift (Palipert n.9) with a blue slope ideal for beginners. About 500 meters away you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias and shops for sports equipment rental; the free bus stop is just a few steps from the house.
