The balcony offers a wide view of the meadows and mountains. You can immediately perceive the tranquility of this neighborhood which offers moments of peace. The house is located in Via Florin, a quiet area of the town, not far from the center of Livigno (5 minutes by car). The cross-country skiing track is very close and can be reached in less than 100 metres. The first ski lift is less than 2 minutes away on foot; it is a small ski lift (Palipert n.9) with a blue slope ideal for beginners.
About 500 meters away you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias and shops for sports equipment rental. The bus stop is just a few steps from the house.
